To help you squeeze into the New Year with a modicum of ease (gasp!), Northern Wave swim club is providing an opportunity for you to take remedial action by offering swimmers new to the club a free swim on production of one of their new Impact Flyers, as they like to call them. There is a set of twelve flyers, each boldly featuring a swim drill term or phrase in bright colours.  These easy to spot flyers are available in the best Village venues, so pick one up today and take the plunge! One free swim per person on production of a Northern Wave impact flyer. All abilities welcome. Imapct flyers are in venues around Manchester's Gay Village.
