Pride Sports is committed to a partnership approach in the delivery of all services where a need is identified. Working in partnership ensures that good practice is developed and disseminated effectively through the pooling of expertise. It reduces the risk of replication and ensures best value. This particularly pertinent in a sector of fragmented, unfunded, hard to reach community sports groups.

Examples of Pride Sports enabling partners in both the community and voluntary, and private sectors include the following:

National LGBT Sports Network

Formed in 2008, a new national network for collaborative working, knowledge sharing and raising the profile of lgbt sports and leisure events across the UK. A new web site for the steering group is planned for the first quarter of 2010.
